Returns Policy
We accept returns as long as certain specifications are met.
- The date of sending the product back should not exceed 14 days from the day it was received by the customer.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and must not have suffered any damage.
- Return costs are covered by the customer.
- Changes to discounted items are not accepted.
- Once your return is approved and received, the customer can either choose another product or request a refund.
